Rest and Reset Class
Gently stretch out the body and follow an easy gentle yoga flow, before experiencing a restorative and healing 25 minute deep relaxation.
The class will allow you to reach a deep state of relaxation where the body and mind can rest, and we can reset the nervous system.
You will experience a good night’s sleep and be less likely to experience stress and anxiety.
